"account": "Duraimurugan, the DMK general secretary, has addressed the controversy surrounding the traditional Hindi rituals performed at his granddaughter's wedding. The Dravidar Kazhagam and its affiliates criticized the event, prompting Duraimurugan to clarify his position in a statement.\n\nThe ceremony took place as per his granddaughter's wishes, who is educated overseas and had expressed her desire to marry someone outside their caste with traditional Hindu rituals. The general secretary conceded to the arrangement due to his granddaughter's persistent insistence. He regrets the situation and asks everyone to refrain from turning it into a political issue or a subject of debate.",
