"account": "At least three sanctioned Russian tankers carrying diesel intended for the United States have altered their course, avoiding American ports despite their initial promise under a deal between President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin. The three tankers are the Talisman, the Sierra Leone-flagged Leruo, and the Beast. A fourth tanker, the Agioi Fanendes, remains uncertain as to whether it will reach the US. All three have been sanctioned by the US, UK, and EU. Russia relies on oil money for funding its war against Ukraine, and sanctions have limited its revenue. However, the tankers' diversion away from US ports is a political setback for Moscow.",
"summary": "Part of the fuel announced as relief for US prices before the vote is now looking for buyers far from American ports.",
