"account": "Myles Garrett, defensive end for the Los Angeles Rams, is reportedly nearing a return from knee injury, with NFL Network's Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo citing sources close to the player. The 25-year-old, acquired from the Cleveland Browns in June, sustained arthroscopic knee surgery back in mid-September. Garrett had played in the Rams' season opener but remained sidelined following a Week 1 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. After expressing lingering doubts about his health, Garrett was limited in practice over back-to-back days and is now reportedly \"on track\" to play this Sunday when the Rams host the Washington Commanders. Head coach Sean McVay emphasized the cautious approach, stating they do not want to set expectations for the two-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year while ensuring his knee is fully recovered. The Rams are currently 4-4, tied for second place in the NFC West, and will face the Commanders on Sunday before taking on the Arizona Cardinals in their following game.",
