"summary": "President Bola Tinubu visited Akwa Ibom State on Friday to inaugurate several projects completed by Governor Umo Eno's administration. According to Daily Trust, the inaugurated projects include the international terminal building at the Victor Attah International Airport, an international airport hospital, and the Ibom Aviation Village. During the event, Tinubu described the visit as a homecoming, noting his past work as an auditor with Mobil Oil Nigeria in the state.\n\nDuring an All Progressives Congress rally at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Governor Eno pledged two million votes for Tinubu’s 2027 re-election, contingent on the Federal Government delivering the Ibom Deep Seaport. Punch Nigeria reported that Tinubu announced his approval of the seaport project in response to the request.\n\nSeparately, Daily Post Nigeria reported that a bus conveying women to the airport to welcome the President was involved in a collision with a security Hilux van along Oron Road. The Federal Road Safety Corps Akwa Ibom State Command confirmed the accident, stating that several people sustained injuries, though the exact number of casualties had not yet been established.",
