"account": "Metropolitan Police in London anticipate additional women may come forward with allegations against comedian Russell Brand, who has been sentenced to a significant custodial term for rape and sexual assault. The 51-year-old was found guilty on Thursday of raping and sexually assaulting four women, clearing him of two other alleged rapes and one count of attempted indecent assault. The Met is currently probing two more cases involving Brand, including one involving a 16-year-old schoolgirl, and expects many more accusers to emerge. Detective Superintendent Andy Furphy stated that Brand exploited his influence and fame to sexually offend against women. Prime Minister Andy Burnham called Brand's actions \"horrifying\" and praised the bravery of the women who came forward, while domestic abuse charity Women's Aid urged high-profile, influential men to be held accountable for their actions. The BBC apologized for the \"culture and failings\" that allowed Brand to operate within its ranks between 2006 and 2008, following allegations of sending sexually explicit messages to a well-known actor about his granddaughter.",
