"account": "Amazon has launched a new text-to-shop feature for its Alexa for Shopping AI agent, aimed at enhancing user experience ahead of the holiday season. This upgrade enables users to interact with the virtual shopping assistant through text messages, eliminating the need to open the Amazon app or website. Currently, the feature is being rolled out to a select number of US customers through invitations, with additional users to follow in the coming weeks.\n\nThe new feature offers various use cases, such as creating shopping lists, searching for birthday gifts, finding similar clothing items, and managing subscriptions. It also allows users to reorder items, personalize their shopping experience, receive price alerts, and view product price histories. Additionally, users can keep track of their packages, explore Amazon's Shop Direct options, and compare product ratings and prices through text exchanges.\n\nAmazon's initiative to turn Alexa for Shopping into a more reliable AI agent outside of its app and site aims to keep customers within the Amazon ecosystem, reducing reliance on third-party AI tools for online shopping and research.",
