"account": "Anambra State Governor Prof. Chukwuma Soludo has launched the All Progressives Grand Alliance's (APGA) campaign rally, pledging to secure at least 50% of the state's votes for President Bola Tinubu in the upcoming 2027 presidential election. This commitment follows Tinubu's 5,000 votes received from Anambra in the 2023 presidential election.\n\nDuring the flag-off ceremony in Awka, Soludo stated that opposition parties fear APGA's strength and urged party supporters to engage in a robust campaign to convey the truth to the public, distinguishing reason from emotion. He affirmed that APGA has chosen Tinubu as their presidential candidate as a mark of gratitude for the positive developments during his leadership. Soludo emphasized Tinubu's support for Anambra, highlighting the appointment of several Anambra indigenes to key positions in Lagos State during Tinubu's tenure as governor.\n\nThe APGA National Chairman, Chief Sly Ezeokenwa, expressed confidence in APGA, urging candidates to disseminate the party’s manifesto to every ward and constituency, and reinforcing Anambra’s status as APGA land. The ceremony also marked the unveiling of over 253 candidates across various positions in the federation, alongside the symbolic presentation of party flags to 44 candidates representing multiple legislative constituencies in Anambra.",
