"account": "David Gaider, renowned for his work on Dragon Age, has joined forces with Owlcat Games to contribute to their upcoming RPG, The Expanse: Osiris Reborn. Gaider, co-founder of Summerfall Studios, revealed that he has been lending his expertise to the project alongside his duties at Summerfall. In a statement, he expressed his excitement about the opportunity, stating that The Expanse has long been one of his favorite series. This marks a departure from Owlcat's usual isometric CRPGs, as The Expanse is a cinematic RPG and third-person shooter, akin to Mass Effect. However, the game still retains skill checks and roleplaying elements, maintaining Owlcat's familiar CRPG legacy. Gaider, known for his experience in both classic and cinematic CRPGs, has previously worked on Baldur's Gate 2, Neverwinter Nights, Dragon Age: Origins, and Inquisition. Owlcat has also updated the voice for the game's male protagonist, casting Blythe Melin to voice both the Captain and J. Melin, who has previously voiced Wolverine, Aether & Iron, Painkiller, and various Hoyoverse games, expressed that voicing for The Expanse presented a unique challenge due to the biologically related characters and the need to ensure each character felt distinct and well-developed. The Expanse: Osiris Reborn is set to release in spring 2027.",
