"account": "Taiz authorities have strongly condemned a recent attack on Al-Hadara market in Al-Wazi iyah district, holding Houthi forces accountable for the deadly incident. The local government declared the shelling an \"heinous crime\" that resulted in the deaths and injuries of innocent civilians. According to an official statement from Yemen's Saba news agency, authorities confirmed no airstrikes were conducted in the area, rejecting any attempt to mislead public opinion about the perpetrators. The statement emphasized that Houthis' indiscriminate missile attacks, including failed operations involving ballistic missiles, pose a threat to civilian lives and exacerbate their suffering. Taiz officials stressed that markets and residential areas are protected under international law and must not be targeted. They urged for a thorough investigation, preservation of physical evidence, and preservation of the incident's circumstances. The authorities called on citizens to avoid impact sites and to notify relevant authorities, while also urging international bodies like the United Nations and human rights organizations to condemn such attacks and support efforts for accountability.",
