This prequel series, a dream of the Duffer Brothers for many years, promises to offer a fresh take on the beloved franchise, introducing new characters, villains, and settings. The Duffer Brothers, Matt and Ross, who are also executive producers on the series, along with co-creator Kate Trefry, known for her work on the script of \"The First Shadow,\" will helm the project. The first three episodes will be directed by Joe Wright, known for his work on films such as \"Pride & Prejudice\" and \"Atonement\".
