"summary": "Aina, a hardware startup, has unveiled a new AI-powered smart ring called the Aina AI Ring, priced at $399 for preorder with a regular price of $499. The device features a display, joystick, microphone, and speaker, enabling users to make calls, control applications, and interact with AI assistants directly from their finger. Unlike traditional smart rings that focus on health tracking, the Aina AI Ring is designed to control smartphones, computers, AI agents, and other connected devices. The ring's display shows phone notifications, upcoming meetings, and information about controlled applications, while the joystick or gestures navigate through the interface. Its microphone allows users to record voice notes, send prompts to AI agents, create reminders, and dictate text on a Mac. The built-in speaker enables users to answer and make phone calls directly through the ring. The Aina AI Ring is an expansion of Aina's previous product, Mirage, a three-button controller designed for Mac computers, and aims to provide a simpler way for users to interact with AI agents and approve their actions.",
