"account": "Apple's extended return policy for the 2026 holiday season has now been implemented. This policy applies to the majority of products sold both online and in Apple's stores, with a few exceptions such as certain carrier-financed iPhones and iPads. In the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and numerous other nations, customers can return most items purchased between November 6 and December 25, 2025, until January 8, 2027, according to Apple's official website. However, purchases made after December 25 in these countries are subject to Apple's standard 14-day return policy (which is 15 days in Canada). In select countries like Mexico, Italy, Spain, and Japan, the return window extends slightly further. Apple has confirmed that eligible products purchased in these countries between November 6 and January 6, 2027, can be returned through January 20, 2027. To mark the holiday season, Apple has also updated its online store with a holiday theme and gift recommendations.",
