"account": "The Ghana Education Service (GES) has granted its committee investigating sexual misconduct allegations at Obuasi Senior High Technical School (SHTS) an additional seven days to complete its probe, according to a statement by GES Public Relations Officer Daniel Fenyi. The extended deadline is necessary to ensure that all alleged victims' experiences are accurately represented in the final report, Fenyi explained on Joy FM’s Midday News. The committee had initially been given two weeks to complete its work, with the deadline originally set for Wednesday. However, the investigators requested the extra time to engage with all identified victims, who were present in a controversial video. Fenyi emphasized that the committee aims to capture the full narrative of the victims' experiences rather than rushing the process. The GES expects the committee to finalize its report and submit it to the GES Council by November 11, as of Friday, November 6, investigations are still ongoing, and no conclusions have been drawn about the headmaster Zakaria Abdulai or any other implicated individuals.",
