"account": "Families of Malaysian victims affected by the Nepal-Tibet floods of August will receive a one-time payout of RM10,000 each, according to the national disaster management agency. Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim announced this decision during today's Cabinet meeting, with a hierarchy established for the recipients: spouses, followed by parents, and then children.\n\nR Ramanan, the human resources minister, revealed the details of the aid during a press conference after attending the Deepavali carnival at the National Stadium. The devastating floods and debris flow on August 26, triggered by a glacial ice and rock collapse in the upper catchment area of Lhende Khola in Tibet, resulted in the deaths of 1,451 people and left approximately 5,700 individuals missing, including over 600 foreign nationals.",
"summary": "The payments will be made in order of priority to the next of kin through the national disaster management agency.",
