"account": "Apple's iOS keyboard has a hidden list of tens of thousands of words and phrases that it does not suggest to users, according to researcher Derik Kauffman. The list, which is not publicly disclosed, includes vulgar or offensive terms, as well as politically charged phrases like \"dictator Trump\" and \"sleepy Joe\". Apple has not commented on the size or composition of its list. The gray list affects users worldwide who use iPhones, potentially shaping how they communicate. Some non-English languages also have flagged words, such as \"Modi braggart\" in Hindi and \"immigration too high\" in French. While Apple aims to prevent offensive or inappropriate suggestions, inconsistencies in the application of the feature have been noted.",
"summary": "Hundreds of millions of people worldwide use iPhones, so Apple's choices about which words its keyboard suggests could quietly shape how they communicate. Apple has not publicly disclosed the list, the researcher said.",
