"account": "KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 6 — Malaysian families affected by the Nepal-Tibet flood tragedy on August 26 will receive a one-time payment of RM10,000 each, announced Human Resources Minister Datuk Seri R. Ramanan. Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim approved the decision after extensive discussions during today's Cabinet meeting. The payment will be distributed according to a priority list, beginning with the victim's spouse or partner, followed by parents and then children. Ramanan directed the Malaysian Indian Community Transformation Unit (Mitra) to gather necessary details from the Finance Ministry and to contact the families of the victims. The catastrophic flood, caused by a glacial ice and rock avalanche in Tibet, has resulted in 1,451 deaths, with 5,700 people, including over 600 foreigners, still missing.",
