"summary": "Former Miss Thailand and prominent charity figure Boom Panadda Wongphudee has been arrested in Bangkok over allegations of misusing public donations intended for her charitable foundation. The 50-year-old actress and president of the Do Good Organisation Foundation faces charges of public fraud, money laundering, and offences under Thailand’s Computer Crime Act. Police conducted coordinated searches at four locations, including Panadda's residence in Bangkok and her husband's property in Pathum Thani province, as part of the investigation. Panadda appeared visibly tired and subdued as she greeted reporters with a traditional Thai wai, apologizing for her situation and declining to comment further. Police are expected to seek her detention in court and are examining financial records, property ownership, and transactions to determine if donated funds were diverted from their intended purposes.",
