"summary": "The Congress party in Maharashtra is protesting the recent amendment to the rules for the nomination of directors in large cooperatives, which they claim will tilt the balance of power in favor of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). This comes after the Congress-led Gokul Milk Federation won a close election on November 5, securing 13 of the 25 seats, while the Mahayuti alliance fell short of the required quorum. Congress leader Satej Patil accused the BJP of \"stealing milk producers' votes\" and vowed to fight the decision in court. Rahul Gandhi also condemned the BJP's actions on social media, accusing them of desperation and attempting to undermine the farmers' voice.",
