"summary": "UAE filmmaker Faisal Hashmi has launched a production company, Spine Drop Pictures, aimed at championing low-budget horror and thriller films. The company will focus on commercially viable projects with budgets of less than $1 million, challenging the traditional model of film financing and production in the region. Hashmi's approach draws inspiration from American horror production company Blumhouse and the success of films like \"Obsession,\" which grossed over $500 million worldwide despite a modest budget of around $750,000.",
