"account": "KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 6 — Members of the administration were urged by Dewan Rakyat Speaker Tan Sri Johari Abdul to arrive early for sittings to prevent delays and ensure smooth proceedings. The Speaker emphasized this following an incident during a morning sitting when questions could not be answered due to the absence of relevant officials, namely the Health Minister and his deputy. Johari pointed out that when scheduled questioners are absent, the Speaker must skip their turn, resulting in a poor image for the House. He urged ministry officials, especially secretaries-general, to stay updated on any changes to the question sequence with the Dewan Rakyat secretariat, as last-minute changes may occur. Johari stressed that all parties must contribute to improving the conduct of Dewan Rakyat sessions, particularly now that the institution has administrative autonomy.",
