"account": "Dr. Gyang Bere emphasizes an African proverb that highlights the importance of a leader who carries their people in their heart. This sentiment mirrors the political philosophy of Plateau State's Executive Governor, Caleb Manasseh Mutfwang, who has shown a commitment to addressing the needs and aspirations of his constituents. Mutfwang's leadership philosophy centers on selfless service, purpose-driven governance, sincerity, compassion, and dedication to serving the people. On November 2, 2026, Mutfwang inaugurated the Tinubu/Shettima and Mutfwang/Piyo Campaign Council to coordinate support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's re-election and the re-election of all APC candidates in the January 16 and February 6, 2027 elections. The council includes respected individuals from various backgrounds and capacities who have served the state and the nation in different capacities.",
