"account": "Second-seeded Carlos Alcaraz advanced directly to the quarter-finals of the Paris Masters after Matteo Berrettini withdrew from their match due to an arm injury, tournament officials announced on Thursday. The Italian world number 43 informed fans and followers via Instagram story that the discomfort in his arm, which had been troubling him for days, prevented him from playing. Alcaraz, the Spaniard, had already dispatched Alex Michelsen in the opening round, and will face either Arthur Fils from France or Taylor Fritz from the United States in the next stage of the tournament. Alcaraz, who is aiming for his fifth title of the season in Paris, is chasing a fifth championship of the season after his victories at the Australian Open, Qatar Open, Japan Open, and the recent Vienna Open. The Spaniard, who missed over four months due to a wrist injury, currently holds a 39-5 record this season and has already secured his spot at the ATP Finals in Turin.",
