"account": "President Donald Trump signed a proclamation on Thursday, stating his intent to preserve the Oval Office and Cabinet Room from any future alterations. Trump announced that the two locations would be designated as a national monument, prohibiting any further modifications. The proclamation was delivered in the Oval Office following a day when Republican politicians lost control of Congress to Democrats, in part due to voter dissatisfaction with Trump's economic policies. The proclamation marks the third time in a week that Trump has spoken at length about his Washington D.C. projects, including plans for an opulent ballroom and modifications to the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. Since his return to the White House, Trump has overseen a number of design changes to various rooms, including the Oval Office, which now features portraits, a copy of the Declaration of Independence, and numerous golden accents.",
