"account": "TikTok has launched a standalone TikTok Shop app for iOS and Android, as confirmed by social media consultant Matt Navarra. The new app is already accessible in multiple countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines. With shopping playing a significant role in TikTok's user experience, this move to expand its offerings is logical. The newly released app mirrors its existing shopping platform but provides a more streamlined version. It features personalized product suggestions, enables shopping through livestreams and short-form videos, and even offers app-exclusive deals such as free shipping options. Secure payment methods are also assured for a safe checkout process. TikTok's move to launch this standalone app suggests its intent to compete more directly with other e-commerce applications. However, the timing of the app's release in other regions remains uncertain. Furthermore, it is unclear whether the app will be available in the United States. It is worth noting that the American version of TikTok is a separate entity from the global platform. The American version of TikTok has been gradually enhancing its features. Recently, it introduced the capability for users to post voice comments and is integrating in-app travel booking services.",
