"account": "On November 5, water supplies in Kyiv once again came under attack as power fluctuations disrupted service. Metro operations were temporarily halted due to the same issues. Russian forces launched a new wave of attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, already weakened from previous assaults. Kyivvodokanal, the city's water utility, reported a 24-hour outage across all districts after power outages at key facilities. Mayor Vitali Klitschko confirmed water pressure was gradually returning to normal. The energy grid's instability, caused by attacks over the past three months, compounded the issue. Kyivvodokanal lacked backup power to run larger pumping stations. Meanwhile, a Russian strike on the village of Komyshuvakha in Zaporizhzhia Oblast resulted in 43 confirmed deaths and 33 missing persons.",
