"account": "Family, friends, and teammates gathered in Navahermosa for the funeral of Tenerife striker Jesus de Miguel on Thursday. De Miguel met his demise after a collision with Andorra goalkeeper Jesus Owono during a match on Monday. The 27-year-old was rushed to intensive care, and Tenerife announced his passing on Tuesday morning. The football squad, club staff, and majority shareholder Rayco Garcia attended the funeral, alongside the Royal Spanish Football Federation President, Spain coach, Real Madrid President, and Atletico Madrid CEO. De Miguel's coffin was carried from San Miguel Arcangel church to the cemetery.\n\nIn a statement read by his agent Manuel Hernandez, De Miguel's family expressed their deep affection for him and acknowledged the void his passing leaves. They thanked well-wishers for their support, noting that Jesus leaves behind cherished memories for those who knew him. Spanish police initiated a routine investigation into his death, and Andorra released a statement through Owono, who described the ordeal as the most difficult days of his life.\n\nTenerife's upcoming matches against Granada and Andorra's game with Mallorca, scheduled for the weekend, have been postponed. Las Palmas, Tenerife's main rivals, will play their fixture against Eldense on Sunday in blue and white colors, traditionally worn by Tenerife, as a tribute to De Miguel. Club president Rayco Garcia invited fans to the stadium on Saturday to pay their respects to De Miguel, calling it the last goodbye.",
