"account": "Sony is re-releasing its legendary Walkman MDR-3 headphones to meet the needs of the modern world, featuring a USB-C connection and priced at $60. These iconic headphones, first introduced in 1979 to accompany the Walkman cassette player, are now back in a modern form. The Sony MDR-3R headphones preserve the classic design, delivering a \"faithful recreation\" of the original, complete with blue or orange ear pads. The packaging and manual also mirror the look of the original model. Sony has \"re-engineered\" the same 23mm driver, maintaining a sound quality that is \"close to the original,\" though improved for contemporary listening. In addition to the USB-C connection, these headphones come equipped with a microphone and an in-line remote control. Sony also used recycled plastic in their production. The Sony MDR-3R headphones are now available for $59.99 from major retailers. To honor the Walkman's presence in Netflix's Stranger Things, Sony is also offering a red/black variant, which will set customers back $79.99.",
