"account": "The Senior Staff Association of Nigerian Universities, SSANU, at the Taraba State University in Jalingo, has warned of a 14-day ultimatum and potential indefinite strike unless the state government enacts the Consolidated Non-Teaching Tools Allowance (CONTTA) promptly. This ultimatum was announced following the conclusion of an emergency congress meeting held by the association. The ultimatum was signed by the branch Chairperson, Bitrus Joseph Ajibauka, and the Secretary, Offen Stephen Noseh, representing the association.",
