"account": "The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Kwara state has unveiled the campaign manifesto of their gubernatorial candidate, Engr. Sulaiman Bolakale Kawu, on November 12. The manifesto, titled \"My Covenant with Kwara,\" is set to be presented to the state's residents at the Arca Santa Event Centre in Ilorin. Prince Omar Bolaji Gambari, the Director General of the PDP campaign council for the elections, announced that the event would draw representatives from various sectors of the state, including religious leaders, community and town associations, students, youth, and women groups, labor leaders, artisans, marketers, transporters, business owners, academics, professionals, media representatives, and other key stakeholders.\n\nThe PDP has criticized an online opinion poll conducted by NU Northstar Research, which claims the All Progressives Congress (APC) leads the PDP in the 2027 gubernatorial and senatorial elections. The opposition party described the poll as \"questionable\" and lacking sufficient transparency, questioning the identity and credibility of the research organization behind it. They emphasized that public confidence cannot be manufactured through fabricated statistics, and urged media organizations to exercise due diligence before amplifying such polling reports.",
