"account": "WTGL's inaugural season will distribute $11 million in prize money, according to Front Office Sports. Modeled after the male TGL founded by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, this women's indoor golf league features 25 players across five teams, each with five members. The top three players from each team compete in every match. The entire season's pot, which ranks with major women's golf championships, will be paid out at the season's end. The distribution will depend on team and player performance. WTGL's prize money, like men's major events, is significantly higher than women's majors. While TGL's championship teams took $9 million each in Season 1 and 2, WTGL's top team could claim roughly $4.7 million. Roster sizes will grow from four to five players for the 2027 season. WTGL's debut match on Sunday pits Los Angeles Golf Club against New York Golf Club at 3 p.m. ET on ESPN.",
