"account": "Peel Regional Police have arrested two individuals and are searching for a third suspect in connection with two arson incidents in Mississauga. On September 20 and 21, fires were deliberately set in a third-floor hallway of an apartment building located near Lakeshore Road West and Southdown Road. Police believe the building's occupants were deliberately targeted in both fires. No injuries were reported in the first fire, but in the second, 18 residents were transported to the hospital for smoke inhalation. The building was evacuated, and several residents were displaced. The estimated damage from the second fire amounts to around $1 million.\n\nThree individuals are believed to be involved in the arson investigations. Joshua Pedersen, 28, with no fixed address, was arrested in Hamilton on October 15 and charged with arson, mischief, break and enter, and possession of break-in instruments, all related to the incidents. Morgan Murphy, 27, from Burlington, was arrested on October 26 and charged with conspiracy to commit an indictable offence and arson, also connected to the case. Police are actively searching for Madison Varga, 30, with no fixed address, who they have identified as the third suspect. Anyone with information on Varga's whereabouts is urged to contact the police.",
