"account": "Sindh Governor Syed Muhammad Nihal Hashmi inaugurated the Khidmat-e-Sindh App, a digital platform aimed at enabling citizens to lodge complaints and obtain solutions from government departments via mobile phones. The app is linked to 65 federal and provincial government departments, allowing users to submit grievances directly to the appropriate authorities. Governor Hashmi emphasized that the main goal of the initiative is to expedite the resolution of public concerns and enhance accountability among government institutions. Department heads will be responsible for handling the complaints received through the app, while users will also be able to monitor the progress of their submissions online. The development of the app involved collaboration among all relevant departments, according to Dr Syed Saifur Rehman, Principal Secretary to the Governor. Citizens can submit complaints regarding various issues, such as crime, sanitation, and other public services. Governor Hashmi noted that Pakistan's progress is contingent upon the free will and voting power of its people, and stressed that development can only be achieved through collective effort from citizens.",
