"account": "Mexican singer-songwriter Ed Maverick has joined forces with Mexico City indie rock band Little Jesus for a new psychedelic single titled \"SAHUARO.\" The collaboration showcases the two artists exploring new musical territories together. For Maverick, this marks the continuation of his journey toward his upcoming full-length project, while Little Jesus, a staple in Mexico's indie rock scene for over a decade, brings their signature danceable blend of indie pop, rock, and tropical influences to the track. The duo first performed together on multiple occasions, with Maverick describing Little Jesus as his \"cousins from the city.\" On \"SAHUARO,\" the five-minute-plus song weaves together acoustic and electric guitars, Mellotron, synthesizers, and drums, complemented by a growing string arrangement. The hypnotic rhythms and recurring chorus evoke themes of the desert, magic, and introspection, as mentioned in a statement to Consequence. \"SAHUARO\" is part of a double-single release, with the second track, \"en las buenas y en las malas,\" set to drop later on Thursday. This follows a series of paired singles that began in July, including \"NO TODO ES PARTE DE LA VIDA,\" \"me inundo,\" \"ESCOMBRO,\" and \"tendría que hablar de luz.\" Watch the official video for \"SAHUARO\" below.",
