"account": "Francis Galluppi, known for his work on Evil Dead Wrath, is reportedly in talks to write a Constantine movie for DC Studios. The film's status remains unclear as it could either be a sequel to the 2005 adaptation starring Keanu Reeves or a brand new adaptation of the popular DC comic book series. John Constantine, a British chain-smoking occult detective, has been a recurring character in various live-action adaptations, including an NBC series in 2014 and the 2005 film. Despite generally positive reviews, the 2014 series was not renewed for a second season. Previous attempts at a sequel, known as Constantine 2, have faced numerous delays and issues, including James Gunn's disappointment with the original script. The last reported development of Constantine 2 was in tension when Reeves himself expressed dissatisfaction with the script. However, a new report suggests that DC Studios has chosen Galluppi to write a fresh Constantine film, supporting the possibility of Constantine 2 being canceled. Galluppi, with his background in supernatural and horror genres, could be a suitable candidate to bring the character to life.",
