"summary": "Azerbaijan commemorated Victory Day in Seoul, marking the country's 2020 military victory over Armenia and emphasizing its commitment to lasting peace in the South Caucasus. The event in Seoul brought together representatives from various sectors, including government institutions, diplomatic missions, and the Azerbaijani community in Korea. Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Korea, H.E. Mr. Ramin Hasanov, highlighted the significance of the 2020 conflict, known as the Patriotic War, in restoring Azerbaijan's territorial integrity and sovereignty. He emphasized the sacrifices made by the Azerbaijani people and the importance of justice, mutual respect, and recognition of sovereignty for achieving lasting peace. Hasanov also noted progress in the peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia, including the initialling of a draft peace treaty and the signing of a Joint Declaration by the Presidents of Azerbaijan and Armenia, signaling steps toward normalizing relations and establishing a more stable regional environment.",
