"summary": "Caltex and Petron have commenced goodwill payments to motorists whose vehicles experienced engine damage due to complaints of contaminated RON95 petrol, according to New Straits Times. Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Minister Armizan Mohd Ali announced that both companies initiated customer recovery programmes to compensate motorists with verified complaints, with payments based on established criteria and not constituting an admission of wrongdoing. Affected motorists can submit complete complaints with valid supporting documents to receive compensation. Dissatisfied customers may lodge formal complaints with the Domestic Trade and Cost of Living Ministry, file civil suits, or refer their cases to the Tribunal for Consumer Claims Malaysia.",
