"account": "Yo-Chi, the Australian frozen yoghurt chain, is set to open its newest Singapore location in Katong on November 5, bringing a distinctly local touch to its menu. The boutique will collaborate with heritage bakery Chin Mee Chin to offer two exclusive toppings: the Kaya Swiss Roll and the kaya-filled Choux Puff. The Kaya Swiss Roll, a green sponge cake filled with kaya, and the Choux Puff, a pastry shell filled with kaya, will be available at the Katong outlet before being rolled out to all locations three days later. Additionally, Yo-Chi will debut a new Iced Latte yoghurt flavour, a rich and creamy beverage with a caffeine kick, embodying the kopitiam spirit. The Katong outlet, located at i12 Katong, 112 East Coast Road, Singapore 428802, is adorned with Peranakan-inspired decor featuring a mural and 3D installation by local artist Nicia Lam from Wontonicia.",
