"account": "Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky expressed optimism on Wednesday that the Democratic Party's gains in the upcoming US midterm elections would result in increased support for his country during its ongoing conflict with Russia. Speaking to Germany's ZDF television, Zelensky stated that he appreciated the support from Republicans, but emphasized the Democrats' clear commitment to providing Ukraine with the necessary assistance. He highlighted their focus on strengthening the connection between the United States and Europe, suggesting that a new balance of power could emerge, leading to enhanced aid for Ukraine. Zelensky also mentioned that a strong financial or military aid from Congress could potentially influence Russian President Vladimir Putin, as it has been demonstrated by Europe's actions currently.",
