"account": "Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State has emphasized the administration's dedication to the welfare and professional growth of civil servants. In a recent ceremony at Asaba, Oborevwori, accompanied by Deputy Governor Sir Monday Onyeme, received representatives from the Federal Civil Service Commission, led by Chairman Prof. Tunji Olaopa. The governor stressed that to maintain global administrative standards, civil service institutions must prioritize manpower development. Delta State is honored to host the 2026 edition of the National Council on Civil Service, which the governor views as a testament to the state's commitment to excellence across all sectors of governance. \"We are very happy to host the 2026 edition of your National Council; Delta State likes to be first in everything, and our civil service stands among the best in the country because our personnel are properly trained and their welfare is prioritized,\" remarked Oborevwori. He urged the National Council leadership to inspire civil service commissions nationwide to adopt continuous learning. Olaopa appreciated the hosting of the national event, highlighting its focus on targeted reforms to shape the future of public administration in Nigeria.",
