"summary": "The Federal Government has urged delegates attending the 2026 National Youth Conference to develop actionable recommendations aimed at addressing unemployment, poverty, insecurity, and other challenges faced by young Nigerians. Minister of Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande, emphasized the importance of translating discussions into practical proposals that can influence government policies and programmes during the physical phase of the conference, held in Abuja. Olawande stressed that meaningful youth participation in decision-making is crucial and urged delegates to ensure the conference produces recommendations that will inform youth-focused policies and programmes, rather than ending as another talk shop.",
