"account": "Elton John's 1989 single \"Sacrifice\" has achieved a remarkable milestone by becoming the first of his videos to reach the billion views mark on YouTube. The song, from his album Sleeping with the Past, tells a story of marital devotion and struggle, with visuals featuring singer/songwriter Chris Isaak and supermodel Yasmeen Ghauri. Directed by Alex Keshishian, the video showcases the couple's attempts to maintain their connection while raising their young daughter. John, 79, sings the song's poignant lyrics, \"Just a simple word/ It's two hearts livin'/ In two separate worlds/ But, it's no sacrifice/ No sacrifice/ It's no sacrifice at all.\" Despite peaking at No. 18 on the Billboard Hot 100, \"Sacrifice\" has far surpassed his other popular videos in terms of view count. The singer recently concluded his Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour, which saw him perform 330 shows across the globe following its start in Allentown, Pennsylvania on September 8, 2018 and its final stop in Stockholm, Sweden on July 8, 2023.",
