"account": "Manchester United is contemplating legal proceedings against Real Madrid in an effort to secure fair compensation for their 16-year-old goalkeeper, JJ Gabriel. The young talent expressed his desire to leave Manchester United in September, citing frustration from being overlooked for his first-team debut and the club's declining status. Gabriel has attracted interest from several top European clubs, including Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, and Paris Saint-Germain. However, Manchester United holds his registration and is unwilling to let the talented young player join another team at a minimal fee. The compensation fee, once FIFA approves the transfer, is estimated to be significantly less than Gabriel's true market value, which is believed to be between £100,000 and £300,000. United has not been approached by Real Madrid or Gabriel's representatives regarding the transfer. Despite this, the club will explore legal action against Real Madrid, as the compensation fee would fall short of Gabriel's estimated market value. Gabriel, who recently turned 16, has obtained a European Union passport, which is expected to facilitate his potential move to another club. United has attempted to contact Gabriel since his last appearance for the club in September, but has received no response. The teenager has been training in Castelldefels, Barcelona, since severing ties with Manchester United. United's frustration stems from Gabriel's tactics in orchestrating his departure, particularly given his development under the club since arriving in 2022. Spanish reports suggest that Gabriel has been enticed by Real Madrid's offer of a three-year deal worth over £850,000 per season. Gabriel's agent, Ali Bharat, and the player's family have played a crucial role in facilitating his exit.",
