"account": "Crystal Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta has been banned for three matches following his second-half dismissal in Saturday's 2-0 Premier League loss to Tottenham. The French international, 29, was initially given a yellow card by referee Michael Oliver, but the red card was retained after a review by the Video Assistant Referee (VAR). Mateta was sent off in the 13th minute after a challenge on Tottenham captain Micky van de Ven. The Football Association's independent regulatory commission has dismissed claims that Mateta's dismissal was wrongful and that the punishment was excessive. He will miss Palace's upcoming league games against Liverpool, Coventry, and Hull.",
