"account": "Communications Minister Sam George has publicly accused a lieutenant of leading an armed group that seized trucks in his constituency of Ningo-Prampram. The minister, who represents the area in parliament, demanded the officer's dismissal. Video footage showed the confrontation where the lieutenant and his men threatened police officers and demanded trucks carrying sand. The minister alleged the soldiers behaved like armed robbers, holding the trucks for two weeks without proper authorization. He criticized the lieutenant for disrespecting a senior police officer and threatening civilians with their weapons, questioning their loyalty to the military. Sam George called for the Chief of Defence Staff to remove the lieutenant from service and warned the military of consequences if they continued such abusive behavior. No official response from the Ghana Armed Forces was available as of the report's publication.",
