"account": "A 25-year-old woman, Mira, who was involved in a multi-vehicle crash on Tampines Avenue 12 on October 29, is seeking psychiatric help to deal with the trauma from the incident, according to Tampines Member of Parliament Baey Yam Keng. Baey stated that Mira did not suffer any serious physical injuries but is seeking psychological support. Baey visited Mira along with grassroots leaders after the accident, during which she was driving her father's car, which was significantly damaged and had to be scrapped. This damage has impacted her father's ability to commute to Jurong Island. They have discussed the family's needs, including legal advice and assistance with insurance claims. Baey has also requested meetings with relevant agencies to explore potential measures to prevent similar accidents along Tampines Avenue 12. He expressed his sympathy for both Mira and the family of the couple who tragically lost their lives in the crash.",
