"account": "Somali police officer Mukhtar Qasim Samay has been killed after being struck by the propeller of an aircraft at Dhusamareb Airport in central Somalia. The incident occurred on Tuesday when Samay, who was part of the security detail for Mogadishu Police Chief Ma'alin Mahdi, was walking away from the plane after disembarking. The propeller, still rotating, struck Samay's head, resulting in his death at the scene. A video obtained by PUNCH Online showed the aircraft parked on the tarmac at night, with its propellers still spinning as passengers and security personnel disembarked. Mahdi was traveling to Dhusamareb ahead of the inauguration of Galmudug State's new leader, Liban Ahmed Hassan. The police officer, a member of the Somali Police Force and the Haramacad unit, was remembered by Mahdi Omar Mumin, who expressed condolences on social media, calling Samay a hero of the Somali Police Force.",
