"summary": "CD Tenerife striker Jesús de Miguel Alameda has died at the age of 30 following a collision during a Spanish second-division match against FC Andorra. The incident occurred during stoppage time on Monday, November 2, at the Heliodoro Rodriguez Lopez stadium while the teams were tied 2-2. According to IOL, De Miguel was fouled in the middle of the pitch by Andorra goalkeeper Jesús Owono, who had rushed out of his goal to clear the ball. Yahoo Sports reported that Owono’s knee struck De Miguel in the chest, causing the striker to collapse and suffer a cardiac arrest.\n\nFollowing the collision, Owono received a straight red card and the match was abandoned. While De Miguel was resuscitated and taken to a hospital, Tenerife stated that his neurological condition worsened before he passed away at 8 a.m. on Tuesday, November 3. Spanish police have launched an investigation into the incident, with Yahoo Sports noting that prosecutors are expected to be involved in a probe into possible involuntary manslaughter.\n\nUEFA President Aleksander Čeferin expressed heartbreak over the loss, and a moment of silence will be held at all UEFA matches this week. The Royal Spanish Football Federation also expressed devastation regarding the striker's death.",
