"summary": "Tenerife striker Jesús de Miguel Alameda has died at the age of 30. According to the New Straits Times and Free Malaysia Today, de Miguel passed away on Tuesday following a cardiac arrest suffered during a match against Andorra. El Pais reports that he died on Tuesday morning at the Hospital Nuestra Señora de La Candelaria.\n\nThe incident occurred during a Segunda Division game when de Miguel collided with goalkeeper Jesús Owono. The New Straits Times and Free Malaysia Today report that Owono rushed out of his area to clear a long ball and struck the striker in the chest with his knee. De Miguel collapsed, leading to the match being abandoned seven minutes into stoppage time. Medical staff treated him on the pitch for over five minutes before he was taken to the hospital by ambulance. Owono was shown a straight red card for the collision.\n\nIn response to the tragedy, the Royal Spanish Football Federation postponed all matches scheduled for Tuesday, including Copa del Rey and Copa de la Reina fixtures, and cancelled the official presentation for Spain’s Under-21 international against Japan. Free Malaysia Today notes that clubs including Barcelona and Real Madrid have led tributes. El Pais reports that de Miguel was married and was the father of a one-and-a-half-year-old daughter.",
