Comprising five members - Woni, Liv, Minami, May, and Zena - the group unveiled the five-track release during a showcase in Seoul ahead of its official debut at 6 p.m. The album comes just over a year after their third EP, \"Lip Bomb,\" which dropped on November 25 last year, and four months after their cover single \"Pretty Girl.\" Liv noted that the intervening months had flown by, with the group's members feeling motivated by the audience's support. \"We worked hard together to repay everyone who waited for us,\" she shared. \"We’ll show you RESCENE that has grown stronger and more mature.\" Woni explained that \"PULSE\" reflects the group's renewed energy, describing it as the album where their hearts began to beat strongly again, capturing the fervor of seeing a long-envisioned scene come to life. The lead single, \"With,\" tells the story of someone eagerly running towards a person they have long dreamed of meeting, moving from a lyrical opening.",
