"account": "Spanish football club Tenerife mourns the loss of striker Jesus de Miguel, who tragically passed away following a severe on-field collision during a match against Andorra on Monday. The 30-year-old suffered head and chest injuries after a heavy collision with goalkeeper Jesus Owono, resulting in Owono being shown a red card and the match being abandoned. Initially, De Miguel's condition was described as 'stable but serious', but it deteriorated rapidly, leading to his death at 07:00 GMT (08:00 local time) on Tuesday.\n\nIn an emotionally charged statement, CD Tenerife expressed their heartbreak and sorrow, stating that there were no words to comfort the loss. The club extended their condolences to De Miguel's family, loved ones, and all those mourning the tragic incident. Andorra, co-owned by former Barcelona defender Gerard Pique, also conveyed their deepest sympathies to the bereaved family, friends, and the Tenerife community.\n\nThe incident occurred in the 90th minute of the match, with De Miguel attempting to clear a long ball when his knee collided with Owono's. Medical staff immediately attended to the injured striker before he was transported by ambulance to the hospital. The players from both teams were visibly distraught, with several Tenerife teammates visibly weeping. De Miguel's teammates were also seen in tears following the devastating news.\n\nSpanish media outlets, such as Marca, reported that De Miguel suffered a cardiac arrest in the ambulance and was resuscitated by paramedics en route to the hospital. Upon further evaluation, Tenerife confirmed that De Miguel's condition had worsened neurologically, leading to his untimely demise.",
